Huge performance improvements with new Satio firmware

Just wanted to let you guys know that the new Satio firmware update brings along huge performance improvements. I just ran the SPMark Mobile JSR 184 benchmark and I noticed a performance boost between 40 – 80 percent! That’s huge! Really impressive stuff, no doubt.

The updated Satio firmware has just reached SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service) and is now ready to be deployed on most handset variants across the globe. The Japanese network AU KDDI has just announced its so-called Winter collection of handsets and there’s a bit of something for everyone. The line-up included two Sony Ericsson handsets – one for the “older crowd” and AU KDDI’s first Bravia-branded handset for the high-end segment.
