Sony Ericsson announced two additions to the XPERIA line-up at this year’s Mobile World Congress, both being compact versions of the brilliant X10. Quite appropriately, they’ve been named X10 Mini and one of them got an additional ‘Pro’ in the end of its name due to the added slide-out QWERTY keyboard. Both of them are [...]
Sony Ericsson’s next Android phone leaked – codename: Robyn
I had a feeling it wouldn’t be long until this one was leaked. Robyn was just leaked earlier today, and it’s the next upcoming Android phone from Sony Ericsson. It’s a very small handset with a design similar to the X10. It seems it’ll be available in three or four different colour variants, as you [...]
New X10 videos, lots of goodies!
Sony Ericsson have posted three new videos featuring the X10 – one of TimeScape, one of messaging on the device and the last one is about augmented reality applications on X10. Check them out below.
Check this video from the local X10 event
Just found this video from the local X10 event in Copenhagen. It’s in Danish, but you’ll catch moments of the phone’s user interface as well. It runs Android 1.6 and Sony [...]
New Bits of Rachael’s Interface Appear on YouTube
Remember how Rachael’s TimeScape interface was leaked back in the summer? The one that showed a combined update feed for each contact from multiple sources? Yeah, now we get to see MediaScape, which is essentially SE’s glorified media menu on Android.
Pretty cool, eh? Older video after the break.
Ericsson Twitter feed mentions XPERIA X3 in November
This is pretty interesting. Ericsson, despite being a separate company from Sony Ericsson, has just tweeted a post about the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X3 mentioning a November announcement and linking to a Softpedia news article. Let’s bet this tweet won’t be online much longer, eh?
Here’s the link for the tweet anyway.
By the way, don’t forget [...]
Question of the week: What’s lacking in Sony Ericsson’s portfolio?
The question of the week comes from Pax and is: “What do you think is lacking the Sony Ericsson portfolio?”
This is quite a tough question as it is not very specific. The question is not really what’s lacking in the portfolio as I think they’ve recently come with a portfolio that covers pretty much all [...]
